How do I get support from CCI Academy?
Email email@example.com or click on the link “Need Help?” on the CCI Academy website menu and fill in the online form.
What is my user name?
Your user name is the email address that you used to register for the course. If you have any problems, just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be about to help you out.
How can I change my password?
How do the “free courses” work?
In order to access the free courses, you need to register with your name and email address. This will then give you a user name and password to access the course. You will have access to the free course for 30 days after you register. When you register you will be added to our students mailing list, so you will receive information about other available courses in the future. You can unsubscribe to this list if you do not want to receive this information.
What if I can’t finish the course before the course expiry date?
If you are having difficulty finishing the course before the course expiry date, you can email us at email@example.com and we can extend your access.
Can I get a refund on my course registration fee?
Refunds are only available in limited circumstances. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information about refunds.
How do I get a certificate for completing my course?
Certificates are automatically generated when you complete all the course activities. You will receive a link to your certificate when you finish your course.
Can I get CPD (continuing professional development) points for completing courses through CCI Academy?
Whether or not our courses will attract CPD points (and how many) will depend on the requirements of your particular organization. Check with your organization about its CPD requirements, and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about whether or not a particular course will meet them.
